What patronage includes

The app is free to download and your first reading is a gift. After that, patronage keeps every reading and pattern open, up to ten readings a day. Patronage is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription; the price and renewal terms are shown in the app, set by the store.

Restoring purchases

On a new phone, or after reinstalling, sign in to the same Apple or Google account you paid with, open the app, and tap Restore Purchases. It is on the patronage screen and in Settings, under Patronage.

Redeeming a gift code

In the app, open Settings, then Patronage, then Redeem a gift code.

• iPhone and iPad: Apple’s code sheet opens inside the app. You can also redeem in the App Store app (your profile picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code).
• Android: enter the code in the app’s code box; it opens Google Play’s redeem page. You can also redeem in the Play Store app (your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Redeem gift code).

Return to the app and it unlocks. If it does not, tap Restore Purchases.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from; we cannot cancel them for you.

• Cancel or manage a subscription on Apple devices
• Cancel or manage a subscription on Google Play

Settings in the app also has a Manage subscription link.

The daily limit

Everyone can do up to ten readings a day. The count starts again the next day.
